Getting to know Runo

A SIM-based call management CRM works directly with your team’s SIM calls (not VoIP), logs calls automatically, and helps track leads, follow-ups and outcomes inside one system.

Admin

Go to Admin → Team → Add Member, assign role (Manager/User), and set permissions for call logs and leads.
Yes. You can set role-based visibility (own leads only, team leads, or all leads) and lock edits based on policy.

Manager

Use Manager Dashboard to view calls made, connected ratio, follow-ups done, and conversions by agent/team.

User

After call ends, open the lead → Add Interaction/Follow-up → set next call date/time and remarks.
